Appointment Confirmation
Appointments will not be reserved without confirmation.
You will receive an appointment confirmation text 5 days prior to your appointment. Please follow the steps to either confirm or cancel at this time. If an appointment has still not been confirmed within 24 hours of the appointment, it will no longer be reserved.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please be courteous and cancel through the booking system or reach out to me to cancel so you can avoid a no show fee. The appointment will be considered a no show if I did not receive a cancellation notice.

Deposits
All extension services require a non-refundable deposit which goes towards the cost of the first appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of the service. Shall you choose not to proceed with the installation, your deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation
I understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary, however I kindly ask that you allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or service changes. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% the cost of the scheduled service will apply.

Late Arrivals
I value your time and make every effort to start your appointment on time. While I understand being late is sometimes unavoidable, late arrival will be charged $25, arrival more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may result in
cancellation or modifying your service due to scheduling commitments with other clients.

No Call No Shows
Canceling is required if you can‘t make it to an appointment. Failure to arrive to a scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 100% the cost of the service scheduled.
New guests who no show will not have the opportunity to reschedule.

Retainer fee
